- Use Mode services for any illegal activity under UK law.
- Use Mode services to host, distribute or promote adult content, gambling, weapons sales, illegal substances, or pyramid / MLM schemes.
- Use Mode services to send spam or unsolicited marketing (we'll set up your email properly, but you operate it).
- Use Mode services to infringe on intellectual property, trademark or copyright.
- Use Mode services for fraud, money laundering, or to facilitate sanctions evasion.
- Use Mode services to harass, threaten, defame or publish content that incites violence.
- Use Mode services for crypto pump-and-dump, NFT speculation marketing, or comparable speculative-asset promotion.
What happens if you do
Engagement terminated. No refund. Mode reserves the right to retain access logs for legal proceedings.
